Enhanced Email Functionality for Better Communication
The first new feature is external email sharing. This new functionality allows property and facility managers to communicate important information from your One Spot portfolio, to any and all internal and external team members, via email. Users can now realize the many benefits of One Spot, without having to worry about changing current processes for non-users.
Specifically, this new functionality:

Streamline Job Requests with the New Tenant Communication Portal
The second new feature is a tenant communication portal. Property Managers now have a streamlined system for receiving requests from tenants via the One Spot technology. Tenants simply submit a request for service, and property managers receive the request, immediately, with photos and commentary. Then, jobs are automatically created within One Spot specific to the point on the property without any extra paperwork.
The tenant communication portal is easy to use and intuitive. As work is completed, One Spot sends automated notifications to tenants with status updates, progress tracking and completion of work, in real-time.
These two new features enhance the property management team’s ability to save time, save money, and eliminate errors in their daily work.
